Happy New Year!!!

Welcome to a whole new year of scouting! I foresee there are going to be some great adventures.  This year it will be (sadly) without Mr. Bohanan but in his place we welcome, Mr. Freeman.  Our first wonderful experience will be the winter games camp out. Lets see how this exciting year goes by.

Camp In

We had a very fun camp in, after that we went to vertical adventures.  A lot of people brought in Nintendo switches and Xbox's.  We also played board games, ga-ga ball then at 11:00 we went to bed.  In the morning we got a gear line set up and ate.  We had pancakes and sausages for breakfast.  We watched some of the original Ghostbusters movie too.  Then we went to vertical adventures and had a lot of fun their. Guess what we did there, we CLIMBED,CLIMBED,CLIMBED.

Summer Camp MVSR 2018

As you can see, we who went to summer camp had an awesome time at MVSR!  The camp had a lot of good programs and merit badges to offer.  If you did not go to summer camp you missed out on a fun time and I highly suggest that you go next year when we head back to Muskingum Valley Scout Reservation!

April Update and June's Planner

Hello fellow Blue Blazes!!  Thank you to everyone who came to Thunderbase 2018, we had such a fun time seeing all of the stations.  Comment your favorite stations/things that you did at Thunderbase this past weekend.

For June's schedule, our first week will be a practice hike of 1 mile for our big hike later that month.  We will also do a pack check that night for people going on the hiking trip.  For the second week we will be having a game night where you will be able to play games such as Ultimate Frisbee, British Bulldogs, and Old Plug.  it will be a fun night.  For week three we will be completing our personal fitness training for the troop.  The entire troop will be participating in this.  For the last week of June we will be having our Court of Honor to honor those who have made accomplishments in advancement in the last three months.
